John Ong has more than 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. Fondly known to his friends as Johnny Ong or Cartoonist Ong, he has mainly specialised in indoor and outdoor advertising and communications. 

Work experience

 

The former graduate of Malaysia Institute of Art in Graphics Design has produced two cartoon books on his own, and has done artwork for a few books for his clients. He is also a regular cartoon contributor to a local publication. 

 

Ong has worked with both advertising and communications companies such as Twenty-Twenty, Bloomingdale, Mediabase, Abraxis and prior to joining our team, he was with a local 3D Animation Production House, The Image Generation Company.
